You. This is you.

For body-centered, body-wise, body-guided, practitioners everywhere, with love and so much appreciation.

You
feel their
unease.

It rolls through
your body
almost as if
you were
wearing
their skin.

Almost as if
your breaking
heart was
their own.

You
have studied
ways to ease
unease

have etched new
trails on your
inner landscape,

have carved new
spaces in your
mind/body/heart
to hold them
and their
pain.

Pushing your
edges you
offer your
tender, quiet,
vibrating heart/hand
to them, settling
your feet firmly
so you can
steady them
as they
grow.

You find
your strength
your courage
your creativity
your essential
power in these
act of infinite
compassion.

You.
This is you.

Tender-strong
new tree
reaching
branches
into the
world.

Tender-strong
new tree
planting
resilient
roots.

Tender-strong
new tree
weaving
living webs
of wise
love
for us
all.

  1. Tracie, you have touched on one of my greatest soul passion in your beautiful poem…trees. These words speak very powerfully to me…
    ‘Tender-strong
    new tree
    planting
    resilient
    roots’.
Being able to feel I can put down roots like a tree has been a lifesaver to me, holding me secure in a shaking world.
With love Tracie, and thanks for your soul words. Josie
