a tiny retreat for practitioners who tend to others
This is one time and place where you don’t have to do or be anything for anyone.
Simply pause. Show up. Surrender to the sound of singing bowls, scent of sacred essential oils, and sensation of settling into the strong and loving arms of the earth in a community of your sister practitioners.
Thirty-ish minutes later, gently ease your way home feeling restored, peaceful, nurtured, appreciated, and cared for.
It’s really that simple.
Who should come? If you’re a body-centered practitioner, it’s you….
Yoga teachers. Yoga therapists. Massage therapists. Reflexologists. Reiki practitioners. Somatic therapists. Craniosacral and myofascial release practitioners. Crystal healers. Sacred dance practitioners. Acupuncturists…..
If your work helps people ease distress and find empowerment in their bodies, you should join us.
Cost: $20 per person per session. I keep group sizes under 8 participants. Registering in advance is essential.

Tracie Nichols, MA, is a bit like a gnarly old tree with deep roots in helping women see themselves like they’ve never seen themselves before and branches reaching into ever-evolving ways to help them make their own world-changing difference.
Back when she was a bit less gnarled, Tracie was a massage and energy work practitioner. She knows and appreciates the heroic nature of the people who choose this work. Quiet Pause is one way she supports them.
